374Water Inc. Common StockIndex inclusion raises profile among institutional investors and may attract passive fund inflows.

374Water has been added to the Russell Microcap index following the annual reconstitution of Russell's US indexes, effective after the close on 26 June. The North Carolina cleantech firm expects the inclusion to raise its profile among institutional investors. Chief executive Danny Bogar said the index inclusion would amplify the value the company creates for customers, while stressing its focus remained on commercial deployment and growing recurring revenue. The Russell Microcap Index tracks the smallest segment of the US equity market and is used as a benchmark by fund managers and index-based funds. 374Water uses supercritical water oxidation, marketed under its AirSCWO brand, to destroy organic waste including PFAS, biosolids, industrial waste, landfill leachate and firefighting foam.
