The Supreme Administrative Court ruled on 17 September 2026 to dismiss the case against Digital Phone Company Limited, or DPC, a subsidiary of ADVANC, in case number 1651/2558, valued at 1.2 billion baht. It is one of three cases filed since 2015 by National Telecom Public Company Limited, or NT, against both the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, or NBTC, and DPC. The three cases have a combined value of 3.2 billion baht and concern claims for compensation for the use of telecommunications equipment and networks during the 1800MHz spectrum remedy period between 16 September 2014 and 25 November 2015, after NT's concession ended. As a result of the ruling, DPC does not have to pay the 1,223 million baht demanded by NT, and the case is now final. However, two related cases remain, case numbers 918/2558 and 741/2559, with a combined value of 1.98 billion baht, which are still under consideration by the Supreme Administrative Court. In a worst-case scenario, losing both cases would affect earnings per share by only 0.67 baht per share. Asia Plus Securities maintains a Buy recommendation on ADVANC shares with a 2027 target price of 428 baht, expecting normal profit to grow by an average of 11% per year during 2026 to 2027, and anticipates dividend payouts at attractive rates of around 0% to 5.1% for 2026 to 2027 respectively. ADVANC shares have risen 12% since the start of the year, while TRUE has risen 17% since the start of the year.
