The Board of Directors of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, or BCP, has resolved to approve the appointment of Bundit Hansapaiboon as Chief Executive Officer of the Bangchak Group and President, effective from January 1, 2027 onward. Bundit currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President of the Refinery and Marketing Business Group. This appointment replaces Chaiwat Kovavisarach, who will step down upon the completion of his term under his employment contract on December 31, 2026.
