Sagax AB Series BProfit surged and full-year forecast raised, driven by acquisitions and rent indexation.
AB Sagax reported a first-half 2026 profit attributable to parent company shareholders of SEK 2.69 billion, up from SEK 1.35 billion a year earlier, and raised its full-year profit from property management forecast to SEK 4.60 billion from SEK 4.50 billion. Rental revenue increased 4% to SEK 2.72 billion, driven by acquisitions in the Benelux, Iberia, France and Denmark, and rent indexation, though comparable rental revenue excluding currency effects declined 0.5%. Property revaluations swung to a positive SEK 831 million from a negative SEK 388 million, while financial instrument revaluations contributed SEK 282 million compared with a negative SEK 148 million last year.
