ACPG reported H1 2026 net profit of 58.1 million baht, up 20.6% year-on-year, driven by higher loan gains and disciplined cost management.
Alpha Capital Partners Group Public Company Limited, or ACPG, reported its operating results for the first six months of 2026, ending June 30, 2026, with a net profit of 58.1 million baht, growing 20.6% from the same period last year. The result was driven by gains from loans of 78.3 million baht, up more than 87.9%, and cash collected from NPAs rising 39.3% to 311.8 million baht. Total revenue stood at 333.8 million baht, down slightly by 4.3%, while total cash collections fell 31.0% to 568.5 million baht, partly due to a high comparison base last year. On costs, the company managed with discipline, with operating expenses before ECL down 13.1% to 149.8 million baht and financial costs down 15.0% to 98.8 million baht. Weer Jarununsiri, Chief Executive Officer, said the first-half results reflect the success of the asset recovery approach, including debt restructuring and disciplined cost management. For the second half, the group plans to acquire additional non-performing asset portfolios with a total value of more than 1.5 billion baht, and has cash ready to repay debentures maturing in November 2026. It is also planning to issue a new series of debentures in December 2026 to support its investment plans and strengthen its capital structure, with details of the new debentures to be officially announced later.
