Acuity Inc. has appointed Ruth Gratzke as President of Acuity Brands Lighting, effective September 1, 2026. Gratzke joins from Siemens, where she served as President of Siemens Smart Infrastructure in the United States and CEO of Siemens Industry, Inc., and brings more than 25 years of leadership in industrial technology, smart infrastructure, and electrical products. She will report to Acuity CEO Neil Ashe, who said her track record leading complex technology and infrastructure businesses positions ABL to build on its leadership. Gratzke succeeds Sach Sankpal, who will remain with Acuity for a transition period to support continuity for associates, customers, and channel partners.
