Acuity Inc. reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net sales of $1.2 billion, a 2% increase from the prior year, while diluted earnings per share rose 46% to $4.56. Operating profit climbed 38% to $193.3 million, and adjusted operating profit edged up 1% to $223.5 million. Adjusted diluted EPS grew 4% to $5.31. Within its two segments, Acuity Brands Lighting net sales declined 1.9% to $905.2 million, while Acuity Intelligent Spaces net sales surged 14.9% to $303.5 million. The company generated $520.2 million in net cash from operating activities for the first nine months of fiscal 2026 and repurchased approximately 766,000 shares for $230 million.
