Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited, or ADVANC, kicked off its AI seminar festival under the name AIS ACADEMY For THAIs 2026, built around the concept MASTERING AI BEYOND BORDERS, at Samyan Mitrtown Hall. Kanthima Lertlertyutitham, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Enterprise Business, said the event brings together the combined strength of the public sector, the business sector, the education sector, and global technology partners to prepare people, organizations, cities, and the country's ecosystem. This year's event gathered more than 30 leading speakers who shared perspectives across three key dimensions: elevating organizations, developing people's skills, and building collaboration to drive the country forward. This year focuses on education, following last year's focus on the elderly, and also spreads opportunities to the regions through the Academy for Thai project to reduce inequality so that children in remote areas can access knowledge, all under a philosophy of non-profit and lifelong learning. The company believes Thailand is moving from AI Access to AI Capability, and that technology is advancing from Generative AI to AGI, so it must accelerate the creation of people who are ready to learn, adapt, and use AI responsibly, because the readiness of people is the starting point of the country's readiness.
