AerCap Holdings reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $5.14 and raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to approximately $16.80, up from the previous forecast of $14.50. The company generated $1.5 billion in operating cash flow during the quarter and completed $1.4 billion in asset sales from 38 owned assets, achieving a 20% gain-on-sale margin. AerCap also repurchased $691 million in shares in the second quarter, bringing first-half repurchases to over $1.4 billion, and placed an order for 15 new Boeing 787 aircraft with delivery positions from 2030 to 2033. Basic lease rents reached $1.677 billion, supported by a persistent supply-demand imbalance, while the lease extension rate on passenger aircraft stood at 85%, well above the long-term average. The company's total liquidity was approximately $22 billion as of June 30, and its leverage ratio remained at 2.05 to 1.
