Agilon Health swung to a net profit in the second quarter of 2026 and raised its full-year revenue forecast. The company reported net income of $17.76 million, or $1.07 per share, compared with a net loss of $104.37 million, or $6.31 per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $1.49 billion from $1.39 billion. For the third quarter, Agilon expects revenue between $1.44 billion and $1.47 billion, and it lifted its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $5.77 billion to $5.86 billion, up from the prior outlook of $5.68 billion to $5.80 billion. Total members on the Agilon platform stood at 549,000 as of June 30, 2026, including 437,000 Medicare Advantage members and 112,000 ACO model beneficiaries. The stock gained 13.79% in regular trading to close at $107.85 and rose a further 3.85% in overnight trading to $112.
