Micron Technology IncArticle highlights Micron's expected gross margins of ~86% next year, indicating strong pricing power in memory.

StockBrokers.com Director of Investor Research Jessica Inskip said the technology and industrial sectors are in a bullish trading cycle and look strong relative to other sectors, even as the AI trade faces leverage-driven volatility. She noted that the market-cap-weighted index has run up about 8% from pre-Iran-conflict highs while the equal-weight index rose only about 2%, giving the cap-weighted index more room to fall but also a healthy cushion. Inskip pointed to astronomical growth in memory, citing Micron's gross margins of around 86% expected next year, and said the pricing power is being paid for by the Magnificent Seven. She added that leverage in Asia-Pacific markets has bled into overnight futures and U.S. markets, but the overall backdrop remains healthy.
