Ainos Inc. shares rose 6.9% in pre-market trading on Monday after the company said it received initial commercial orders for its AI Nose platform from a front-end semiconductor manufacturer. The orders follow technical validation activities involving approximately 200 AI Nose systems deployed at wafer fabrication facilities since March, and Ainos said they represent a move from validation to commercial deployment in semiconductor manufacturing environments. Financial terms and the identity of the customer were not disclosed. The company said the initial commercial orders are expected to provide revenue opportunities beginning in the second half of 2026, and it is deploying the technology in both front-end wafer fabrication and back-end semiconductor packaging and testing operations. Separately, Ainos said its proprietary real-world chemical dataset has exceeded one billion records, compared with approximately 878 million reported in August.
