Air China, Shenzhen Airlines, and Hainan Airlines plan to purchase a total of 95 aircraft from Airbus, with a combined list price of approximately 17.8 billion US dollars. Air China will acquire 15 A350-900 aircraft, and its subsidiary Shenzhen Airlines will acquire 40 A320NEO family aircraft, with list prices of about 6.09 billion and 6.35 billion US dollars respectively, totaling around 12.44 billion US dollars. Hainan Airlines will purchase 40 A320NEO family aircraft, with a total transaction amount not exceeding 5.36 billion US dollars. The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in batches between 2028 and 2032. The actual transaction prices will be lower than the list prices, and the deals are subject to shareholder review and approval by relevant national authorities. The purchases aim to optimize fleet structure, enhance capacity, and meet replacement needs for retiring older aircraft.
