Air Products and Chemicals reported a net loss of US$1.44 billion for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, swinging from net income of US$713.8 million a year earlier, largely due to project exit charges. Sales came in at US$3,161 million, while adjusted earnings exceeded expectations and the company raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance. The board reaffirmed a quarterly dividend of US$1.81 per share. Separately, Air Products signed a renewable ammonia marketing agreement with Yara linked to the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, connecting its large capital commitments in energy transition to potential future offtake.
