Akkodis, the digital engineering consulting company within the Adecco Group, has appointed Giles Guidicelli to lead its business in Germany and Austria as Group SVP Akkodis Germany, effective September 1, 2026. Guidicelli joined the management team on May 1, 2026, working alongside fellow Managing Director Thomas Klukas to prepare the leadership transition. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, including senior management positions at Capgemini Engineering before joining Akkodis. Under his leadership, Akkodis Germany and Austria will combine engineering and industry expertise with capabilities in AI, data, cloud, edge and software engineering, supported by globally scalable delivery structures. Following the transition, Thomas Klukas will move into the global role of Group SVP Strategic Execution within the Akkodis Group while remaining closely connected to the Germany and Austria business.
