Alarm.com has launched its Fire Communicator, expanding its Alarm.com for Business platform into the commercial fire category alongside intrusion, video, and access control. The UL Listed, NFPA 72-compliant ADC-FC100 replaces legacy POTS fire communications with dual-path signaling over Broadband and LTE, working with both new and existing fire alarm control panels. Service providers can now manage fire, intrusion, access control, and video through a single portal, technician app, and billing system. The communicator was recognized with a 2026 ESX Innovation Award in the Fire Detection and Life Safety Systems category. It is entering general availability in the United States through Alarm.com for Business service provider partners, with expansion into Canada planned for a future release.
