Alliance Resource Partners announced an agreement to acquire general partner and limited partner interests in AllDale Minerals III and AllDale Minerals IV for $206.2 million. The two entities hold approximately 48,500 net royalty acres across the Permian, Anadarko, Bakken, and Haynesville plays, with combined first-quarter production of 5,940 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Following the transaction, Alliance Resource's aggregate economic interest in AllDale III and IV will rise from about 5% to 61%, and it will own 100% of the general partner interests. The deal strengthens positions in the northern Delaware, Anadarko, and Bakken regions, where trailing 12-month new well additions are expected to increase by 59%, 78%, and 91% respectively, and provides entry into the Haynesville natural gas play. Upon closing, Alliance Resource expects to control 115,860 net royalty acres, with total production reaching 17,295 barrels of oil equivalent per day based on first-quarter figures.
