Alorica hired over 8,000 employees in fast-growing regions such as Egypt, India, and the Philippines, with plans to reach approximately 12,000 new hires by year-end. The company also achieved a global employee Net Promoter Score of 75, well above the world-class benchmark of 50, and saw over 1,700 internal promotions in the period.
