Boosted by AI Overviews and AI mode, Search revenue grew nearly 20% in the most recent quarter, driven primarily by higher paid-click volume and a modest rise in revenue per click. Alphabet's Cloud division showed even stronger momentum, with its backlog nearly doubling and operating margins expanding to 33%. The company achieved its first-ever $400 billion annual revenue in 2025, and in the first quarter of 2026 consolidated revenue reached $109.9 billion, up 22% year-over-year.
