Alphabet's Gemini user base has more than doubled to 900 million monthly users in less than a year, even as the release of its Gemini 3.5 Pro model faces delays. The company generated $1.2 billion in sales from Gemini last year and is set to receive $1 billion annually from Apple for using Gemini in the new Siri AI. Alphabet is also designing a new AI chip called Frozen v2, expected in 2028, which could make Gemini processing six to ten times more efficient per unit of power than current TPU processors. With a trailing price-to-earnings ratio of 26 compared to the tech sector average of 40, Alphabet stock remains relatively cheap as the company expands its AI position.
