Amata Corporation Public Company LimitedAmata Corporation reported second-quarter 2026 net profit jumped 564.62% to 1.795 billion baht, on total revenue of 4.068 billion baht, up 71.25%, driven by industrial land transfers totaling 288 rai worth 2.206 billion baht, an increase of 131.07%. This comprised 271 rai in Thailand and 17 rai in Vietnam, compared with 172 rai transferred in the same period last year. Gross profit margin from property sales rose to 46.87%, up from the same period last year by 66.16%, due to land transfers in Chonburi industrial estates in phases with favorable margins, along with improved gross margins at industrial estates in Vietnam. The company also recognized a gain of 366 million baht from the disposal of its investment in subsidiary Amata Service City Long Thanh 2 Company Limited, or ASCLT2. For the first half of 2026, the company posted total revenue of 8.064 billion baht, up 39.86%, and net profit of 3.219 billion baht, up 167.01%, reflecting strong investment demand in industrial estates.
