AMATA shares surged strongly, leading the market with a 10.74% gain to 33.50 baht, after KGI Securities maintained its "Outperform" recommendation and raised its 12-month target price to 37 baht from 33 baht, based on the SOTP valuation method and rolling forward estimates to 2027. KGI Securities has raised its 2026 normal profit forecast by 8% to 4.484 billion baht and its 2027 forecast by 33% to 5.055 billion baht. Additionally, AMATA has land sale deals under negotiation totaling 1,700 rai in Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos. If all are completed within this year, land sales would be about 25% below the target of 2,800 rai.
