Amazon Business has reached $60 billion in annualized gross sales in the second quarter, serving over 11 million organizations worldwide. More than 1.8 million new organizations joined so far this year, adding to a customer base that includes 97 of the Fortune 100 companies. The company has introduced AI-powered tools such as Amazon Business Assistant, Savings Insights, and Spend Anomaly Monitoring to help organizations discover savings. Amazon Business-specific discounts saved organizations more than $1 billion worldwide last year, while Prime Business members saved over $880 million in shipping fees globally. The platform's selection has grown nearly 30% globally this year, and the company is rolling out dedicated branded delivery trucks in 13 U.S. states designed for business deliveries.
