Amdocs Limited reported third quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.175 billion, up 2.7% year-over-year as reported and up 2.2% in constant currency, while announcing a multi-year strategic engagement with Liberty Latin America to manage and transform its entire IT domain using Amdocs' agentic operating system, aOS. GAAP diluted earnings per share was $0.59, including a restructuring charge of 91 cents per share, and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $1.84, at the midpoint of guidance. Managed services revenue reached a record $791 million, representing approximately 67% of total revenue, and twelve-month backlog grew 2.7% year-over-year to $4.26 billion. The company expects full-year fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 3.2% to 4.0% as reported and reiterated its constant currency growth outlook midpoint of 2.6% to 3.4%, with free cash flow guidance of $710 million to $730 million excluding restructuring payments. Amdocs also repurchased $143 million of ordinary shares during the quarter and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.569 per share.
