Americas Silver CorpHigh-grade drill results indicate potential resource upgrade, positive for mine development.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation announced high-grade drill results from its ongoing resource conversion drilling program at the Cosalá Complex. Drilling was conducted in fiscal Q4 2025 through fiscal Q1 2026 at the San Rafael Upper, 120 Upper, and 120 Lower zones, with all three zones returning considerably higher silver grades than the currently modeled resource. The results were reported after the October 31, 2025 Mineral Resource cutoff date and are not included in the company's recently announced Mineral Resource and Reserve statement. Chairman and CEO Paul Andre Huet highlighted that hole SR568 intersected 14.0 meters grading 599.8 grams per tonne silver in a section of the Mineral Resource that predicted silver grades of 110 grams per tonne, representing more than five times potential upgrade to the grades in that area.
