Marks bases the forecast on a multi-year chart pattern that mirrors XRP's 2017 breakout, which produced a 2,872% gain, and applies that same percentage to the $0.50 breakout point from November 2024. At $15, XRP's market cap would hit about $937 billion, nearly three-quarters of Bitcoin's entire market cap today. A move to its $3.84 all-time high represents a 250% gain from current prices, but even that depends on the CLARITY Act clearing 60 Senate votes. Marks previously called for XRP to reach $2.47 in January 2024 when it traded around $0.56, a target it surpassed in July 2025.
