AnHui Annada Titanium Industry Co LtdAnnada plans a large investment to expand battery-grade iron phosphate capacity, expects profit turnaround, and will increase subsidiary's registered capital.

Annada's wholly-owned subsidiary Tongling Huatai plans to build an integrated project with an annual output of 300,000 tonnes of battery-grade iron phosphate, with a total planned investment of 3.298 billion yuan and a construction period of 18 months. The project adopts a titanium dioxide–iron phosphate co-production model and will simultaneously construct production facilities for 150,000 tonnes per year of rutile titanium dioxide. After commissioning, the company's total titanium dioxide capacity will increase to 250,000 tonnes per year. By the end of 2025, Annada already had an iron phosphate capacity of 150,000 tonnes per year. This expansion comes as iron phosphate prices have risen 50 percent within half a year, from about 10,000 yuan per tonne at the start of the year to around 15,000 yuan per tonne currently. The company expects a net profit of 41.5 million to 61.5 million yuan for the first half of the year, turning from a loss to a profit year-on-year, and plans to increase the registered capital of Tongling Huatai from 5 million yuan to 600 million yuan.
