Antero Midstream Corporation reported second-quarter 2026 earnings of 24 cents per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 27 cents by 11.1% and declining 7.7% from 26 cents a year ago. Revenues of $327.24 million beat the consensus mark of $322.31 million by 1.5% and rose 7.1% from $305.47 million, driven by higher gathering and compression volumes. Operating expenses increased to $145.34 million from $119.03 million, and net interest expense rose 16% to $55.68 million, pressuring profits. Adjusted EBITDA grew 2% to $288.78 million, and the company generated adjusted free cash flow after dividends of $79.63 million. Antero Midstream also began construction on the East Side Express intrastate pipeline and expects higher volumes to drive second-half EBITDA growth within its full-year guidance.
