Aofei Data announced on September 16 that its controlling subsidiary Guangdong Aofei New Energy Co., Ltd. will be moved into the innovation layer starting September 17, 2026. The announcement said Aofei New Energy meets the conditions for entering the innovation layer, including net profit of no less than 10 million yuan in the last two years, a weighted average return on equity of no less than 6% on average over the last two years, and average operating revenue of no less than 80 million yuan over the last two years with sustained growth and an average annual compound growth rate of no less than 30%. In the first half of 2026, Aofei Data achieved revenue of 1.469 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 197 million yuan.
