Miss Niyamaporn Tosanguanphan, Executive Vice President of the Condominium Business Line at AP Thailand, said the project aims to deliver more by turning real living insights into space, function, common areas, and value. The project is only 900 metres from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and 450 metres from Suan Thonburi Rom and Market Place Pracha Uthit. It features common areas supporting more than 27 activities, including 2,300 square metres of green space, a large fitness centre, and a Tutor Hub with two large co-working zones. The co-working space and fitness centre are open 24 hours. A survey found that new condominiums in the area command rents of around 12,000 to 18,000 baht per month, with an occupancy rate of about 90%. The project will hold its first VVIP opening on 19–20 September at the project sales office, with an offer of a special discount of up to 300,000 baht for those who register.
