Apple is still moving ahead with a major glass-focused iPhone redesign for 2027, pushing back against concerns that manufacturing challenges had derailed one of the company's most ambitious hardware changes in years. According to Bloomberg, Apple plans new Pro models, internally known as V73 and V74, that use glass across the front and back, curving into the sides around a central metal band. The report contradicts Jefferies analyst Edison Lee, who said this week that the all-glass iPhone had been canceled following supply-chain checks. Apple's fiscal third-quarter iPhone revenue jumped about 22% year over year to a June-quarter record of $54.25 billion, helping total revenue rise 16% to $109.4 billion.
