Meanwhile, the Gram token, which is linked to Telegram, dropped around 6.4 percent to 1.32 US dollars from 1.41 US dollars, before rebounding to about 1.40 US dollars, according to data from CoinGecko. At the same time, Telegram continues to face legal action in Russia and Australia over its handling of illegal content. Russia is prosecuting Telegram founder Pavel Durov on terrorism-related charges, and Australia's eSafety Commissioner has initiated court proceedings against the platform over allegations of failing to remove terrorism-related content.
