Ardagh Metal Packaging SARaised full-year EBITDA guidance and beat Q2 expectations

Ardagh Metal Packaging upgraded its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $775 million to $790 million following second-quarter results that exceeded expectations. Adjusted EBITDA reached $240 million, a 14% increase year over year and above the prior guidance range of $210 million to $220 million, driven primarily by a 36% surge in Europe's adjusted EBITDA to $105 million on favorable input cost recovery and 5% shipment growth. Americas adjusted EBITDA rose 2% to $135 million, while global shipments dipped 1% due to contract resets in North America and a 15% decline in Brazil. The company also announced a $40 million increase in capital expenditures to $240 million for 2026 to upsize capacity projects in Spain and the United Kingdom, and maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.10 per share.
