ARGAN has suspended the execution of its liquidity contract managed by Oddo BHF, effective today, in connection with the announcement of the proposed merger between ARGAN and WDP. The suspension is in accordance with the regulatory framework applicable to liquidity agreements. ARGAN is a French real estate company specializing in the development and rental of premium warehouses, with a portfolio of 3.9 million square meters appraised at €4.3 billion excluding duties, generating yearly rental income of €224 million as of June 30, 2026. The company also provided its upcoming financial calendar, including third-quarter 2026 net sales on October 1 and annual results for 2026 on January 21, 2027.
