Arista Networks shares jumped 29.6% in the first half of 2026, more than tripling the S&P 500's roughly 10% gain. The networking hardware provider posted record quarterly revenue of $2.49 billion in the fourth quarter, up 29% year over year, and then accelerated to $2.7 billion in the first quarter, a 35% increase. Management raised its full-year revenue outlook twice, first to $11.25 billion and then to $11.5 billion, representing 28% growth, while expecting AI-related sales to more than double to $3.25 billion over the next year. CEO Jayshree Ullal said the company may add one or two new customers that each contribute at least 10% of revenue, joining existing major clients Microsoft and Meta Platforms. Wall Street analysts are overwhelmingly bullish, with 97% rating the stock a buy or strong buy and an average price target of $192 implying further upside.
