Arlo Technologies reported record second-quarter results with total revenue of $155.9 million, up 21% year over year, and raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $580 million and $600 million. Service revenue grew 19% to $93.0 million, representing 60% of total revenue, while paid accounts increased 23% to 6.3 million. Non-GAAP gross margin reached a record 50.6%, and adjusted EBITDA rose 70% to $30.6 million. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.28, including a $0.07 benefit from a partial tariff refund, with pro forma EPS of $0.21 excluding that refund. The company also raised full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $0.90 to $1.00 and provided third-quarter revenue guidance of $140 million to $150 million.
