Moi's first-half net profit grew 77.9% year on year to 12.1 million yen.
Among companies that reported earnings after the close on September 10, several were singled out as likely to win market praise for strong results or dividend increases. Aruplan raised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2027 by 24.1%, from 3.77 billion yen to 4.68 billion yen, expanding its profit growth rate from 7.0% to 32.8% and adding to what would be a third straight year of record profit. The revision reflects brisk sales and orders for built-for-sale housing as well as improved profit margins from higher selling prices. The company also raised its annual dividend to 55 yen from the previously planned 45 yen. Oomori Kogyo lifted its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 by 10.5%, from 680 million yen to 750 million yen, narrowing its expected profit decline from 9.9% to 0.4%. Moi said its first-half net profit for the fiscal year ending January 2027 grew 77.9% year on year to 12.1 million yen, and that it had completed a joint patent application based on joint research with Kyoto University's Center for iPS Cell Research and Application.
