Ascentage Pharma Group International has appointed Faiçal Miyara as Chief Business Officer and Jim Ziegler as Chief Commercial Officer. Dr. Miyara will lead global business development, while Mr. Ziegler will oversee commercialization in the United States and other markets outside China, both reporting to Chairman and CEO Dajun Yang. Dr. Miyara brings over 20 years of oncology business development experience from roles at IO Biotech, Ipsen, Pfizer, ImClone Systems, and Eli Lilly. Mr. Ziegler has more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience from Amgen, Gilead Sciences, Iovance Biotherapeutics, and Geron. The appointments create dedicated leadership for Ascentage Pharma's own US commercial organization and its global business development program as the company advances multiple global registrational Phase III trials.
