Autodesk IncEarnings preview with raised guidance and optimistic analyst forecasts signal strong financial performance.

Autodesk is set to report its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results on August 27, 2026, with analysts expecting earnings of US$3.12 per share on US$2.01 billion in revenue, implying double-digit year-over-year growth in both metrics. The company raised its full-year guidance in May 2026, guiding revenue to US$8,155 million to US$8,215 million and GAAP operating margins of 26% to 28%. The upcoming report will test Autodesk's ability to support margins while scaling its subscription-based model and serving architecture, construction, manufacturing, and media customers that increasingly rely on its cloud and AI-enabled tools. Some of the most optimistic analysts were already penciling in revenues of about US$10.7 billion and earnings near US$2.9 billion by 2029, which paints a far more upbeat picture than the consensus.
