Aviat Networks reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $121 million, up 4.8% year over year, and issued fiscal 2027 guidance for revenue between $455 million and $470 million and adjusted EBITDA between $50 million and $55 million. The company's full-year revenue reached $440 million, up 1.2%, marking its sixth consecutive year of growth, and it ended the year with a record backlog of $367 million, up 14%. In the quarter, North America revenue rose 17.8% to $68.3 million, while international revenue was $52.6 million, with EMEA up 53%. The company highlighted a $25 million to $30 million order from an existing customer for its multi-dwelling unit opportunity, expected to be recognized in fiscal 2027, and noted that component shortages and cost inflation pressured gross margins, which fell to 30.8% on a GAAP basis from 34.2% a year ago. Aviat also reported non-GAAP EPS of $0.64, adjusted EBITDA of $11.9 million, and said it has fully remediated its five material weaknesses.
