Axe Compute Inc.Axe Compute signs $1.5B dedicated AI infrastructure deal, pushing 2026 contracted value past $3B, with large customer prepayments and expected revenue doubling.

Axe Compute has signed a five-year, $1.5 billion contract to deploy a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster in the U.S. featuring over 9,200 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs. This Build-program deal lifts the company’s total contracted value for 2026 above $3 billion and is expected to drive annualized run-rate revenue to roughly $696 million once deployments are complete, nearly double the $385 million run-rate disclosed earlier this month. Axe Compute anticipates receiving more than $534 million in customer prepayments over the next 30 days from this and previously announced agreements, which will cover a significant portion of the related GPU and infrastructure capital expenditures. The company plans to pair those prepayments with project-level financing to fund remaining build-out, with monthly revenue beginning this quarter and additional clusters coming online in the fourth quarter of 2026. CEO Christopher Miglino said the large prepayments reduce reliance on equity financing and that the new deal adds another major deployment to the Axe Build portfolio, nearly doubling the year-start contracted total.
