AZIO AI Holdings announced Thursday that it expanded its agreement with Power Champion Investment to cover up to 384 additional NVIDIA HGX B300 systems, bringing the total contemplated volume to 512 systems with an estimated sales pipeline of approximately $307 million. The expanded 384 systems represent an estimated $230 million in pipeline value, based on an assumed $600,000 average price per system. The company emphasized that the $307 million is a pipeline estimate, not backlog, revenue, or a purchase order, and no purchase orders have been issued under the expanded agreement. AZIO AI is also discussing potential hosting of the systems at its Atlas One AI site in South Texas, but no hosting agreement has been signed. The company is designed for up to 500 megawatts of planned power capacity, with about 11 megawatts currently secured and 6 megawatts activated. In premarket trading, AZIO AI stock traded about 2.56% higher at approximately $1.20. CEO Chris Young said the higher volume reflects the expansion of the relationship with Power Champion, while noting that delivery remains subject to supplier allocation and U.S. export requirements.
