Baiyun Airport announced that Board Secretary Duan Dongsheng has resigned for personal reasons, with the resignation letter taking effect upon delivery to the board of directors. After his departure, Duan Dongsheng will no longer hold any position in the company or its controlled subsidiaries and does not hold any company shares. He was appointed in January 2025 and left in July 2026, serving about a year and a half. Until a new board secretary is formally appointed, Chairman Wang Xiaoyong will assume the duties. After a year and a half, the board secretary position at Baiyun Airport is once again vacant.
