Bango has appointed Duncan Magrath as a non-executive director and chair of its audit committee with immediate effect. Magrath is currently chief financial officer of Alfa Financial Software, a role he has held since 2020. He brings experience in financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, governance and risk management from both listed and private companies. Before Alfa, he was group finance chief at Brammer and previously spent seven years as group CFO at Balfour Beatty. Darcy Antonellis, chair of Bango, said Magrath's financial management and governance expertise would support the company's strategic initiatives and growth.
