Sandisk CorpBank of America analyst raised price target to $2,500 and maintained Buy rating

Bank of America analyst Wamsi Mohan raised the price target on SanDisk to $2,500, implying nearly 24% upside from current levels, while maintaining a Buy rating. Mohan expects NAND prices to rise as supply-demand imbalance persists through 2027, with sequential bit growth of 13% and ASP growth of 35% for the current quarter. He highlights SanDisk's shift to multi-year long-term agreements that lock in pricing floors, reducing exposure to spot-market volatility. The analyst also sees artificial intelligence infrastructure expansion as a major catalyst, driving demand for enterprise solid-state drives and pushing gross margins toward 80%. SanDisk trades at 32 times forward earnings and guided for more than 30% sequential revenue growth to at least $7.75 billion in the current quarter.
