Bank of America launched a $250 billion U.S. infrastructure-financing initiative on Wednesday, sending its stock up roughly 0.7% by late morning. The target runs from January 1, 2026, through July 4, 2027, and spans lending, investing, capital markets, advisory, and supply-chain financing across all eight of the bank's business lines. Eligible projects include data centers, computing hardware, telecom networks, semiconductor facilities, power generation, energy storage, transmission, transportation, water systems, and critical minerals, positioning the bank to benefit from the AI infrastructure boom. At $64.475, the stock trades about 20.02% above its GF Value estimate of $53.72, meaning investors are already paying a premium. The initiative averages roughly $13.9 billion per month over 18 months, though actual deployment is expected to be uneven.
