The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province ordered Jiangxin Home to compensate Man Wah Holdings for economic losses of 1 yuan and to bear reasonable rights protection expenses for the first and second trials totaling 81,000 yuan. The court determined that Jiangxin Home fabricated and disseminated misleading information on a statutory information disclosure platform, damaging Man Wah Holdings' commercial reputation and constituting unfair competition. Jiangxin Home achieved total operating revenue of 3.379 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 32.60 percent, but first-quarter revenue this year was 745 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 3.58 percent.
