BeOne Medicines AGPositive Phase 3 survival data for ZIIHERA regimens

BeOne Medicines announced positive topline results from the second interim analysis of the Phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 trial, showing that ZIIHERA plus chemotherapy significantly improved overall survival compared to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in first-line HER2+ gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The trial also provided longer follow-up data for the TEVIMBRA plus ZIIHERA and chemotherapy regimen, which showed an improved overall survival hazard ratio and durable outcomes. These results follow the FDA's August 25 approval of the regimens, which was based on the first interim analysis and marked the first immunotherapy-based regimen in this setting to demonstrate median overall survival exceeding two years. The safety profile at the second interim analysis was consistent with prior data, and results will be presented at a major medical meeting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
