Bernstein raises price target to $1,250, citing NAND price surge and earnings potential.

Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Mark C. Newman raised his price target on Sandisk by 25% to $1,250 per share, sending the stock up 6.3% through 11:55 a.m. ET Thursday. Newman sees a blue-sky scenario of $3,000 if NAND memory chip prices keep soaring, noting March NAND prices rose more than expected. He projects Sandisk could earn $224 per share in fiscal 2027, while his base case values the stock at roughly $1,250 using an 11-times multiple on average earnings of $114 per share over 2026 to 2029. Sandisk's fiscal Q3 2026 earnings report is due April 30.
