Xiao Ping has been elected chairman and concurrently serves as general manager, while also temporarily acting as chief financial officer. The company held its first extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on July 15, electing a seven-member board. Non-independent directors include Xiao Ping, Li Qingwen, and Wang Wenyu; the employee representative director is Zhou Chuang; independent directors include Chen Wenhua, Zhu Dongyuan, and Fang Nanping, all serving a three-year term. In terms of senior management, Xiao Ping serves as general manager, with Wang Wenyu, Li Zhongren, and Luo Zhenggen as deputy general managers. Xiao Ping will act as CFO until a new CFO is formally appointed. In the first quarter of 2026, Besta achieved revenue of 178 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 22.06 million yuan.
